Daily Tasks/Shared Living

If you live in house with other people, we can also help you with everyday tasks, supporting you to develop the skills you need to live as independently as possible. We can also provide respite care, day or night, to allow your carer to take a break, study, work, or go to appointments.

Group/Centre Activities

Assisting participants to participate in group based community, social and recreational activities

Support Coordination​

Support Coordination is an NDIS funded support that is designed to support participants to make the most of their NDIS funds. Once a Plan has been approved, participants work with Support Coordinators to determine how their funds will be spent and to connect with providers

Assistive products for Household Tasks​

Household tasks can be made easier with specialised aids and equipment for cooking, cleaning, washing, and home maintenance. This includes:
Alarms and door bells
Adapted clocks
Programmable memory aids
Assistive devices for dishwashing and cleaning
Assistive devices for cooking
Environmental control units (ECUs)

Assist Personal Activities

We provide assistance with a range of everyday activities in the comfort of your home, supporting you to learn the skills needed to be as independent as possible. We are also able to provide these supports to people with complex needs. Personal activities can include:
Showering or bathing
Personal hygiene
Going to the toilet
Getting in and out of bed
Help with eating
Moving around the house

Participate Community


Join in community, social and civic activities in your area with support from our friendly carers who will be with you every step of the way, helping you participate, and strengthening your ability to participate independently. Together we’ll find activities that you can join and help you get the most of it.

Household Tasks​

Having a clean, well maintained home is essential for your health and wellbeing. If you have trouble with household tasks, we can support you with
Spring cleaning
House maintenance such as window cleaning
Preparing meals for you to cook
Lawn mowing
Yard Maintenance

Community Nursing Care

Provision of nursing care to promote physical well-being including preventive monitoring of ongoing conditions and provision of direct treatments not able to be undertaken by person as a result of their disability. This is not acute nursing care as delivered by the health system

Personal Mobility Equipment​

If you have trouble moving around your home and community, we can help you find the best equipment for your needs, including:
Walking frames
Wheeled walkers
Transfer equipment such as boards, slide sheets, and car pads
Slings and hoists

Assist/Travel Transport​

We can assist you to rent an adapted vehicle for your specialised needs.


Assisting participants to communicate as independently as possible through assistance to the participant to communicate in essential, personal, social or community activities

Plan Management ​

Plan Management is, in its essence, a financial intermediary function. Duties of a plan manager; Receiving invoices directly from provider or Via participant Claiming from NDIS Portal Paying Invoices Providing monthly statement to participant including: Summary of expenditure Breakdown of budget totals remaining We also engage to act as a service intermediary or skills builder, supporting a participant to: Establish service agreements with providers Explore different budgeting options or scenarios Build their financial literacy Develop self management capabilities
