We are a registered provider for the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIS), provider number- 4050032881
Our employees are qualified and well-trained professionals who undergo a stringent selection process to ensure we recruit the right person, each and every time. Our support workers ensure that our participants get the best care with minimum disruption to there lifestyle.
Ace Caring Services started in 2018 when Director and founder Amna Afaq herself was a recipient of NDIS funding to help her son with a delayed speech issue. It was through this process that Amna and her husband identified the difficulties in navigating the system when being emotionally attached to the outcome, from here Ace Caring Services was born. We treat you like you’re our family and ensure we provide you or your loved ones with the highest level of care.
“Don’t come to us, we will come to you”, we specialise in client outreach!
It’s all about giving you the freedom to choose
As individuals when we have the flexibility to choose our own support team – or to connect with the people we’d like to support – we are given back our independence. As a result, we start to make more genuine connections and build more rewarding relationships in our communities. Ace Caring Services aims to do just that.
You can use our services to arrange disability support for yourself or your family – either by paying privately or by using available government funding options, such as the NDIS.
Our website allows you to create an account or submit an enquiry to be matched with an independent support worker in your community. We ask a range of questions, which allows us to match you with a support worker, or a service to best meet your need. You can choose a support worker based on a profile or we offer a meet and greet service
All support workers have to meet stringent criteria, including police, reference and certain qualification checks, before they become part of the Ace Caring team.
